ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW PESTICIDE LABEL DIRECTIONS. Roundup Ready technology contain genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate, an active ingredient in Roundup® brand agricultural herbicides. Agricultural herbicides containing glyphosate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glyphosate.

HERCULEX® Refuge Requirements Refuge should be established as follows: On each farm, plant at least 20% of corn acres with non-Bt corn. The non-Bt corn can be treated with insecticides only when the level of pest pressure meets or exceeds economic thresholds. Sprayable Bt insecticides must not be applied to the non-Bt refuge corn. Plant the refuge (non-Bt corn) within, adjacent to, or near Bt corn borer fields. The refuge must be placed within 1/2 mile of the Bt corn borer field (1/4 mile or closer preferred). HERCULEX® I corn contains a gene making it tolerant ONLY to glufosinate ammonium herbicides such as Liberty® herbicide from Bayer. This herbicide resistance gene will NOT safeguard this hybrid against application of other h erbicides. ACCIDENTAL APPLICATION OF OTHER HERBICIDES TO THIS HYBRID COULD RESULT IN TOTAL CROP LOSS.

LibertyLink® Patent Statement: Soybean seeds containing LibertyLink® are protected under multiple U.S. patents and may be planted only to produce one (1) commercial crop, and only after signing a Bayer Grower Technology Agreement. It is illegal to save or catch soybean seeds containing the LibertyLink trait for use as planting seed or for transfer to others for use as planting seed.

Caution: Consult bag tags for E-Z Refuge® product herbicide options; only those labeled GT/LL may be sprayed with glufosinate. Seed products with the Liberty Link® (LL) trait are resistent to the herbicide glufosinate ammonia, an alternative to glyphosate in corn, and combine high-yielding genetics with the powerful, non-selective, postemergent weed control of Liberty® herbicide for optimum yield and excellent weed control. CruiserMaxx Corn 250 is an application of Cruiser 5FS insecticide delivered at the 0.25 mg a.i./seed rate and Maxim Quattro fungicide.
